We exclusively use premium full-grain vegetable-tanned leather sourced from reputable tanneries. This ensures maximum durability and allows each piece to develop a unique patina over time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As most of our items are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, RMK Leatherworks ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
How do I care for my leather goods?
We recommend applying a high-quality leather balm or conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture to maintain the integrity of the hide.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Please note that custom-stamped or bespoke orders are final sale.

Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All RMK Leatherworks products come with a lifetime guarantee on stitching and hardware under normal usage conditions.
